Our local candidates are in the process of dusting themselves down, practicing their door-knocking, and running up and down lots of steps in preparation for this election, and we hope that you'll be able to help with their campaigns.

Make sure you can vote...

On Thursday 4 May 2017, Hampshire voters will choose their representative on Hampshire County Council.

To vote in the County Council election, you must be registered with your local district or borough council, by Thursday 13 April.

District and borough councils across Hampshire will administer the County Council elections on behalf of the Authority. If you want to register, visit www.gov.uk/register-to-vote or contact your district council.

The deadline for postal vote applications is 5pm on Tuesday 18 April.

The deadline for proxy vote applications is 5pm on Tuesday 25 April.
